Support Contracts

Mindex provides telephone and e-mail support for all Inmagic products on a subscription basis. Support is included for products during the first year after purchase. Contact the office (office@mindex.co.za) for costs and procedure.

Mindex offers three levels of additional support contracts: Gold, Silver and Platinum. On this contract you are entitled to a number of hours for on site support, depending on the contract level. Support contract clients gets preferential treatment. The three contracts are only available at the three metropolitan areas of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.
